q: How can I order?

You may order products through our webshop, online, with or without registration as well. Unfortunately, orders through phone or e-mail are not accepted.

 
q: May I order internationally?

Yes. Orders and shipping to most countries are allowed. See supported list of countries during checkout and shipping method selection.

 
q: Is registration required?

Yes. You may submit an order without registration.

 
q: Why should I register?

With your registration comes a great convenience. You can store your shipping addresses, favorite products, wish list. While registered, you can rate our products and track your order more easily.

 
q: How can I pay?

Currently PayPal and debig/credit cards are supported by our site as instant payments. Alternatively you may pay by bank transfer. Within Hungary, you may ask for cash on delivery. Note that cash on deliver is only supported within Hungary.

 
q: I have a coupon code. How can I use it?

You can apply your coupon code during the checkout process. Once the valid coupon code is provided and applied, you will see your final price reduced on the checkout page.

 
q: I have just ordered, but did not receive an e-mail. What should I do?

E-mails may slowed down or lost in some networks across the globe. First, please check your spam folder. In case you don't find any e-mail from us, please contact us on order@sportborn.com.

 
q: May I see the product in person?

Currently we don't provide means to personally try the products. The 14-day return lets you to send back the product if you are not satisfied. Please check our Return Policy for more information.

 
q: Do you have all products in stock?

We update and validate our stock regularly. However, errors may occur. In case of any error, we will contact you immediately.

 
q: Do the prices include VAT?

Products include 27% Hungarian VAT.

 
q: How may I receive an invoice?

We attach the invoice to an e-mail after the order has been confirmed.

 
q: How can I change my order later?

Please send us an e-mail to order@sportborn.com and we will fix the error right away. In case you want to cancel an order, you may do it over the same e-mail.

 

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

 
q: How will you ship the products?

You can choose between DHL and UPS shipping providers during the checkout process.

 
q: Can I pick up the products myself?

No, that is not supported currently.

 
q: Do you provide free shipping?

Orders above 150 Euros are eligible to free shipping. Choose Free Shipping during the checkout process.

 
q: From where may I expect the package?

We send the packages from Hungary.

 
q: How can I track my order?

When the package is handed over for shipping, we immediately send you your tracking number.

 
q: What is the expected date of delivery?

Orders are processed and given to the shipping providers in business 2 days. Delivery timeline is provided by the shipping providers during the checkout process.

 
q: Do you provide Warranty?

Yes, warranty is provided in the first 6 months after delivery. However, warranty does not cover cases when the products are not taken care or used of properly. Please carefully read the washing labels attached to the products. Moreover, products may get damaged during shipping. Please do not accept damaged packages and immediately report the damage.

 
q: May I change the product to a different size?
